This policy is in place to keep you and other motorists safe on the road. - We kindly ask that you find a quiet area during your appointments where you’re least likely to be interrupted.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule. Please call (904)-453-7970 as soon as possible.
- ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE to avoid a late cancellation fee. If the office does not receive 24-hour notice for non-emergency reasons, a late cancellation fee of $50 will apply. This will have to be paid prior to future sessions. If there is a “No Show” or “Late Cancelation” of 2 visits, another appointment will not be scheduled without a $50 deposit. That deposit will be credited to the client’s account and will be applied to co-payments or out-of-pocket responsibilities for future appointments.
